01Data we collect
Application data: company name, tax ID, website, registered and billing addresses, owner name and ID number, contact name, email, phone and mobile numbers, the company bank account (bank, branch, holder, number), store display names, products sold and use case.
Usage records: the IP address, device, operating system and browser used when you submit or edit an application, and the time of submission.
Correspondence: emails between you and us about the application and its review.
02How we use it
- To review merchant applications, verify company and account details, and complete onboarding with partner payment institutions.
- To send notifications about receipt, review progress, corrections and approval.
- To pay out funds each billing cycle, reconcile accounts and handle disputed payments.
- To prevent fraud, verify the origin of applications, and meet legal and partner requirements.
03Sharing with third parties
To complete review and payment services we share the necessary application data with our partner payment institutions, acquirers and banks.
We use an email delivery service to send notifications; it only receives what is needed to deliver them.
We do not share your data with other third parties or use it for marketing, except where required by law or lawfully requested by authorities.
04Retention
Application data and usage records are kept from the application date until five years after the relationship ends, or longer where the law requires. Data from unsuccessful applications is deleted or anonymised after one year.
05Your rights
You may ask us to access, review, copy, correct or complete your personal data, and to stop collecting, processing or using it, or to delete it. Data we must keep for legal or contractual reasons may not be deleted immediately; we will explain why.

06Cookies and local storage
The website uses only the cookies needed to keep form state and access to the progress page. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
07Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and restrict access to staff who perform review and billing tasks.
08International transfers
Your data is stored in Taiwan. Where partner institutions or service providers require cross-border transfers, we ensure comparable protection.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy for legal or service reasons. Updates are published on the website with a new date, and material changes are also announced by email.
